I wanted to combine two images from last weekend on Lake Constance which I personally like, especially in side-by-side layout.
Impressive view during a short hike onto the Pfänder near Lake Constance. I took this image with my new E-M5 mark II and 35-100 f2.8 Lumix lens. My trusty old E-M5 had given up due to a failing shutter and has been replaced at really good conditions (Kudos to Olympus’ customer service!)
I took this series of images two weeks ago near Attersee lake. Parts of the forest are completely covered with wild garlic in spring, giving a quite uncommon look. I used my E-M5 and 45mm f1.8 lens.
After a quite long break, I finally managed to take some pictures in my free time again. I am currently traveling and I was visiting Venice today (for the third time now). The first shot I want to share was taken at the area of Lido di Venezia, which I already pictured before at a completely different mood.
I bought myself a Stormtrooper action figure and took it for a photoshoot in a snowy landscape today. This figure is from the Star Wars Black Series (#09 Stormtrooper). I was quite impressed how realistic the achievable poses can be and I can really recommend these collectibles for all fans of the Star Wars franchise. For sure I will continue to post some more images with the figure in the future (some serious, some less serious). All images in this […]
Another image from my late night photoshoot (at 3am…) during the Perseid meteor shower. For this image I have stacked 60 individual images á 13sec exposure time with the free software StarStaX and I am quite pleased with the result.
Last weekend I had the chance to watch the Perseid meteor shower at a completely clear sky. I only got 3 hours of sleep that night, but it was worth it :) I took these images with my E-M5 and 12mm lens. Exposure time was 13sec at 2000ISO.
